Requirements for successful certification completion
To complete your certification you must:
- Complete all tasks and assignments.
- Produce at least 12 vidoes of your work with clients: One video/month.
- Share these videos with Kim for feedback.
- Review the feedback from Kim: Recieve feedback skillfully and demonstrate you can apply it in your next session.
- At least 8 of the last 10 videos must pass acceptable professional standards as approved by Kim.
- You can do more videos to pass, but there are additional fees for additional reviews. That being said, I have run similar courses and most people do not need to do additional sessions.
- You will provide self-feedback using the feedback form provided. This self-feedback needs to be honest, accurate, and beneficial for 8 out of the last 10 videos. I will correct any illusions of grandeur, illusions of failure, and lack of insight.Â
- In 8 out of the last 10 videos, you must demonstrate the ability to accurately provide feedback to your study buddies. I will use the same standards for your feedback for others as I use for your self-feedback: I support honesty and awareness over playing nice, playing mean, and limited observation.
- This is a course that is transformational for yourself as well as your clients. It is rigorous, and it is high quality. You need to be ready to be honest with yourself and honest with others, receive positive and negative feedback with grace, and demonstrate the ability to apply the feedback successfully in sessions. You also need to provide honest feedback, both positive and constructive. No nice, no mean, just honest with a heart of love, support, and confidence that you and your peers are capable of this level of deep authenticity.

- Expences to set up your system so it looks professional. This usually does not take a lot of time and effort, but I do expect a professional setting.
- You may need to order Zoom or another protected video conference system. If you are going to work with shadows, it is ethical to ensure confidential video experiences. Zoom meets the professional criteria for security and confidentiality. There may be others.
- If you need or want additional support beyond the standard course support I provide, you can purchase them at $450/session.
