Course Curriculum

A 1-year mastermind class guided by Kim Barta that combines professional guidance and peer-to-peer collaboration, so you can learn from personal and group dynamics when targeting and clearing shadow issues.

How does it work?

• You’ll meet with Kim and a group of 15 other dedicated individuals for 2 hours (120 minutes) once a month.
• Every month you will address another key element in shadow work.
• You will practice the shadow work in a guided setting with Kim, ensuring you get the elements of the work correct.
• You will engage in a group discussion with Kim, alongside a live Q&A

Monthly Format

• Week 1: Group training, support, and shadow work as described above.
• Week 2: Meet with a study buddy for more intimate practice.
• Week 3: Meet in groups of 4 for expanded experiences of the work.
• Week 4: Meet with Study Buddy to refine work based upon the month. >

Every 3 months you will get a new study buddy.

Why 3 months? We believe 3 months is the optimum amount of time needed to build trust, plus, working with different partners will provide you with a variety of intimacy styles for work. Many choose to continue to meet with their original study buddies in addition to their new ones, deepening their relationship and shadow skills throughout the rest of the year.

Every 3 months, you will have a new group of 4 to meet with, which will provide a variety of mini-group experiences. In this way you will work more intimately with every member of the larger group by the end of the year.

The course costs $4900

2. Are there payment plans available?
No. Your full participation is integral to the success of this healing collective. By paying upfront, you are committed to the full year. Shadow can get tough at times and it is important to be able to work through these tough times. Payment plans make it too easy to quit when things get a little tough. By having everyone pay the full fee before the start, you are guaranteed a more stable, consistent, and successful group experience.

3. Are there any discounts available?
Yes - if you have completed the Heal My Shadow: The Evolution of Shadow Resolution course, you’ll be offered a $299 discount on the price of this course.

4. What do I get with my $97 reservation purchase?
