How does it work?

• You’ll meet with Kim and a group of 15 other dedicated individuals for 2 hours (120 minutes) once a month.
• Every month you will address another key element in shadow work.
• You will practice the shadow work in a guided setting with Kim, ensuring you get the elements of the work correct.
• You will engage in a group discussion with Kim, alongside a live Q&A

Monthly Format

Week 1: Group training, support, and shadow work as described above.

Week 2: Meet with a study buddy for more intimate practice.

Week 3: Meet in groups of 4 for expanded experiences of the work.

Week 4: Meet with Study Buddy to refine work based upon the month. 

Note: You only qualify to take the Commune With Shadow course if you have completed the Heal My Shadow course.
